Recently serious games have been successfully validated as well as dementia biomarkers1. (Paletta et al., 2020)

The Finnish Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Impairment and Disability (FINGER): FINGER multidomain intervention benefitted cognition regardless of sociodemographic and socioeconomic factors or other baseline characteristics.

CCT (Computerized Cognitive Training) is efficacious on global cognition, select cognitive domains, and psychosocial functioning in people with mild cognitive impairment.

Older adults at higher dementia risk due to diabetes may benefit in the short to intermediate terms from home-based multidomain CCT in relation to their cognition, self-reported use of memory strategies, and symptoms of anxiety. 2
